Activists said that at least 10 people were killed and dozens more injured in brutal barrel bombs attacks carried out by the Assad regime on the district of Almash-had in Aleppo earlier today. The death toll is likely to rise as rescue teams continue to recover the victims trapped under the rubble.
Russian forces late on Sunday carried out no fewer than 27 air strikes on the town of Alatareb in western rural Aleppo, killing at least 15 civilians and wounding over 70 others.
Secretary-General of the Syrian Coalition Abdul Ilah Alfahd called on the international community to publicly condemn the ongoing crimes committed by the Assad regime and its allies against Syrian civilians.
In a press statement released on Friday, Alfahd said: “This callous disregard for the blood of the Syrian people and the eerie silence over criminal practices by the Assad regime, as well as those by the Russian and Iranian invaders, is a shameful stain on humanity and the international community. Failure to unequivocally and openly condemn these crimes is tantamount to explicit support and direct complicity in the shedding of the blood of the Syrian people.” (Source: Syrian Coalition +Shaam News Network)
