For their part, the French officials praised SIG’s role and the achievements it made in a short period of time despite the difficult circumstances. The delegation said they would continue to coordinate with SIG in all areas.

Meanwhile, Minister of Education in SIG Imad Barq said that the Ministry had delivered textbooks to schools in the liberated areas in Syria through Bab al-Hawa border crossing.

Barq pointed out that the Ministry procured over half a million textbooks for all stages with the curriculum adopted by the Ministry. The textbooks will suffice all schools in the liberated areas across Syria, he added.
