The interim Ministry of Health condemns the regime forces’ bombing yesterday of Al Taqwa Hospital in the district of Al Hajar al-Aswad in Damascus, noting that the air raid on the hospital led to massive destruction, forcing the administration to shut it down and refrain from receiving any more injuries. Many civilians, including nurses and doctors, were killed or injured in the attack. Adnan Hazzouri, interim Minister of Health said that the Ministry is working on building a typical underground hospital in one of the provinces in cooperation with the Department of Health and the local council. The move aims to protect the medical staff and patients from the Assad regime’s systematic targeting of hospitals in the liberated areas. (Source: Syrian Coalition)
