Hadi Al-Bahra
Hadi Al-Bahra was born in Damascus in 1959. He obtained a degree in engineering from Wichita State University, Kansas, United States.
Professional career:
Al-Bahra was the CEO of Erfan and Bagedo hospitals in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia from 1983 to 1987. He became the CEO of Ufuk Corporation for Commercial Development in 1987 remaining in that post until 2003. He became the general director of Ufuk International Corporation from 2004 to 2005. He is now the CEO of TechnoMedia, a post he took up in 2005.
Al-Bahra speaks fluent English and has extensive experience in communication systems, display technology, media productions, conference organization, and translation systems.
Al-Bahra used his experience in communications to serve the Syrian revolution from its inception. He co-founded groups for bolstering and coordinating communication between activists inside Syria and media outlets. He has also been involved in a number of political, media, and relief activities.
