Activists said that they had documented the death of 33 civilians in northeastern rural Hama as a result of the ongoing airstrikes by the Assad regime and Russia forces over the past week.
According to figures published by the Documentation Office in Hama and its Countryside on Sunday, at least 582 airstrikes hit eastern rural Hama in the past week. The airstrikes killed 33 civilians and wounded 83 more, including children and women.
Russian warplanes also bombed the town of Latamna, the outskirts of the town of Morek, Latmin, Qalqat al-Madiq, the outskirts of the town of Sarmaniya, the outskirts of Al-Hamra, the villages of Hazm and Arafah and the outskirts of the village of Haways ibn Hudeiab.
In Rural Damascus, helicopters of the Assad regime dropped barrel bombs on the town of Beit Jinn in Rural Damascus alongside artillery shelling targeting the town as part of a regime offensive that has been ongoing for several days. (Source: Syrian Coalition’s Media Department + Agencies)
