Two civilians were killed when Assad forces targeted a vehicle carrying civilians with a heat-guided missile in the village of Al-Bernas near the town of Jisr Al-Shughour in Idlib province.
Three women and a child were injured in rocket shelling by regime forces on the road between Bedama and al-Bernas. Civil defense teams rushed to the targeted site and took the wounded to nearby hospitals.
Regime forces also shelled the villages of Hawija, Jisr Beit al-Ras, Shahranaz, Midan Ghazal in rural Hama with heavy artillery without reports about casualties.
The Syrian Civil Defense said that the Assad regime forces fired at least 66 artillery shells and four rockets on six villages in rural Idlib.
Assad regime forces continue to bomb towns and villages in Idlib province despite the ceasefire agreement which was announced by Russia on August 31.
