As Assad forces continue to bomb populated areas, adding to the staggering civilian death toll, the Syrian Coalition demands that the international community put an end to Assad’s systematic violence against civilians.
The Assad regime has committed an appalling massacre against innocent civilians in Bustan Al Qasr, Aleppo. At least 30 people are reported to have died and scores were injured when Assad regime jets carried out several areal raids on populated areas in the neighborhood.
Assad’s forces have also hit populated areas in the town of Mleha, the countryside of Damascus, with mortar shells, killing more than 16 and injuring many.
Assad continues to follow a barbaric criminal approach by shelling populated areas killing dozens of innocent people and pulverizing entire blocks to the ground.
The United Nations must take all necessary measures to ensure Assad and those responsible for crimes against humanity are held accountable.
We ask for Mercy for our martyrs, health for our wounded, and freedom for our detainees.
