The Syrian Opposition Coalition (SOC) extends heartfelt congratulations to the Syrian people worldwide on the auspicious occasion of Eid al-Fitr for the year 2024. We also extend our congratulations to the Arab and Islamic nations on this solemn occasion, praying to God to restore peace, security, and stability to our homeland, our people, the peoples of the world, and our brethren in Gaza.
The SOC emphasizes that the future of Syria hinges upon the unity of its people and their unwavering legitimate struggle to establish a state founded on the principles of freedom, justice, democracy, and pluralism, while respecting the rights of all citizens without discrimination. The SOC remains committed to realizing these aspirations and advocating for a just political solution in line with the relevant international resolutions.
We salute the resilience and steadfastness of our people amidst challenging circumstances, particularly the displaced people, detainees in the regime’s prisons, and their families. We extend our wishes to all Syrians for a forthcoming Eid filled with triumph and freedom across Syria.
