The Syrian Coalition condemns in the strongest possible terms the detention of UN Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) personnel by an unidentified armed group in the Golan Heights.
The Coalition calls for the immediate and unconditional release of the UNDOF peacekeepers. The Coalition is in the process of establishing all of the facts surrounding the incident and will proceed to do everything possible to secure the safe release of the peacekeepers.
