The Assad regime forces on Tuesday launched a deadly attack claiming the lives of dozens of civilians and injuring dozens more when the Assad regime’s jets bombed residential neighborhoods in the city of Idlib and the industrial zone with several missiles. The bombing also caused massive destruction, while civil defense teams rushed to the site of the attack to rescue the victims .
Every time the Assad regime and Russia suffer losses, whether political or military losses, they exact revenge on innocent civilians.
For the past several years, the Syrian people have been showing legendary resistance in the face of the murder and criminality machine of Russia, Iran, and the Assad regime despite continued inaction by the international community and its refusal to shoulder its responsibilities.
The heroism the Syrian National Army fighters are showing in Idlib today is the appropriate response to the atrocities Russia, the Assad regime, and Iran are committing in Syria. It is imperative that the free world support the opposition fighters and enable them to fend off the onslaught on Idlib and protect innocent civilians from the Assad regime and its backers. The free word is required to take swift action to enable the people in northwestern Syria to stay in their land and allow the return of hundreds of thousands of people who were displaced by the Russian Air Force.
