The Syrian Opposition Coalition (SOC) mourns Dr. Ahmed Ismail, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Aleppo in the liberated areas, who passed away of a heart attack in northern Syria on Sunday.
The SOC offers its sincere condolences to Ismail’s family, friends and colleagues at the University of Aleppo in the liberated areas, as well as to all his students and lovers. We ask God to inspire them patience and solace.
Dr. Ismail was a renowned scholar and professor who was well known for his extensive academic knowledge, impeccable manners, and enormous devotion to his career and to the Syrian Revolution alike.
We pray that God grant him the highest level in Paradise as we pray for his soul to rest in peace.
