The Arab Towns Organization launched its 16th annual conference yesterday in the Qatari capital of Doha. Scheduled to end this Thursday, the conference was attended by a local delegation of the Syrian National Council (SNC), charged with serving as the official representative of the Syrian people.
Officials from the Syrian Coalition thanked Qatar and the Arab Towns Organization for their gesture of goodwill and for granting the true, legitimate representatives of the Syrian people the right to represent their country within the organization. Syrian Coalition officials stated that they truly valued the hard work undertaken by all Syrians in helping to achieve the goals of the revolution.
Syrian Coalition officials wished the attendees all the best, expressing their hope that other organizations within the Arab League would follow suit and grant the Syrian people their right to true representation to help them achieve their aspirations of building a functional state and ensuring the success of the revolution.
Mercy for the martyrs, a speedy recovery to the injured, freedom for the prisoners
Long live Syria, and long live the free Syrian people
