The Syrian Coalition condemns any and all attacks against innocent civilians. No reason could ever justify the killing of innocent men, women and children.
Hezbollah’s heavy involvement in the Assad regime’s war on the Syrian people plunged the region into chaos. Yesterday, we witnesses innocent civilians lose their lives as a result of Hezbollah’s direct embroilment in Syria.
Scores of civilians are killed in Syria on a daily basis at the hands of Hezbollah militiamen and other sectarian gangs coming to Syria from neighboring countries. The Lebanese government has a legal duty to stop Hezbollah’s cross border intervention in Syria, which if continued unchecked, could cause more deaths and destruction not only in Syria but also in the entire region.
We ask for Mercy for our martyrs, health for our wounded, and freedom for our detainees.
Long live Syria and its people, free and with honor.
