The Syrian National Coalition extends its sincere condolences to the brotherly Turkish people and to the families of the fallen heroes of the Turkish army who were killed today in Syria while carrying out their duty at the observation points set up in Idlib province.
The blood of the Turkish and Syrian peoples, which has been mixed together throughout history, is once again mixing today in defense of freedom and what is right. The Turkish blood which today watered Syria’s soil will usher in new phase that will have a major role in ending the cycle of violence and deterring the oppressors in Syria once and for all.
Glory to the fallen heroes of the Turkish army and the Syrian National Army as well as to all those who sacrificed their lives for the sake of freedom and dignity.
We wish the wounded a speedy recovery.
May the allies of justice, peace, and what is right emerge victorious.
