The Syrian Opposition Coalition condemns the cowardly terrorist attack carried out by the Houthi militia with ballistic missiles on the Saudi capital Riyadh last night.
The Houthi militia represents another aspect of terrorism that the Syrian people have been subjected to at the hands of the Assad regime as the two sides rely on their Iranian sponsor seeking to spread chaos in the region and to export its internal crises to neighboring countries.
Last night’s attacks on the Saudi capital are a new warning of what the alliance of evil carries for the people of this region and the world. Any attempt to rehabilitate or normalize ties with these terrorist regimes and organizations and those support them will only encourage them to persist in their terrorism and aggression.
The Syrian people, through their legitimate representative, reaffirm their support for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in facing terrorism, sabotage, and interventions and projects being carried out by the Iranian regime and its terrorist arms in the region and beyond
