We offer our condolences to the families and loved ones of all civilians who were killed by the terrorist attack carried out by the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) at a hotel in the northeastern city of Qamishli.
We also condemn in the strongest possible terms the targeting of civilian populations, regardless of whom the perpetrators may be. Such cowardly acts not only contravene international conventions and laws, but also serve as reminders of the scale of the daily suffering of ordinary people in Syria.
We ask for Mercy for our martyrs, health for our wounded, and freedom for our detainees.
Long live Syria and its people, free and with honor.
