The Syrian Coalition welcomes Europe’s decision to blacklist the military wing of Hezbollah as a terrorist organization and considers it a step in the right direction. The Syrian Coalition stresses the need for EU countries to take all practical steps that would put an end to the involvement of Hezbollah’s militias in Syria.
The Syrian Coalition also emphasizes the need for justice to take its course and calls for the prosecution of Hezbollah’s officials for terrorism crimes they have committed on Syrian soil.
The Syrian Coalition urges EU members to proceed with the resolution to include Hezbollah’s political officials who are behind the actions of the party’s military wing.
Countries of the free world should take immediate action to stop Hezbollah’s blatant military intervention against the Syrian peoples’ call for freedom and dignity.
