The Syrian Opposition Coalition’s (SOC) fact-finding committee, in cooperation with the Syrian National Army’s Third Corps, returned dozens of homes and shops to their rightful owners in Afrin in northern rural Aleppo.
The mukhtar of the village of Qatma in northern rural Aleppo, Kamiran Korali, said that owners of homes, farmlands, and shops filed complaints against people who use their properties and refuse to leave them.
Korali said that the complaints were referred to the fact-finding committee, which, in cooperation with the Third Corps leadership, returned the properties to their rightful owners.
