Delegation of the Ministry of Culture in the Interim Government Visits Paris

A delegation from the Syrian interim government arrived today in Paris on an official visit aimed at activating the cultural activity in Syria. The delegation included the Minister of Culture Taghrid Al Hajli and her deputy Basem Hatahet, and the ambassador of the Syrian Coalition to France Munther Makhous. Hajli will meet with a number of French officials to make use of the expertise of the French Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Women and the Ministry of Antiquities and Museums, French and to ensure support for the efforts and the work of the ministry. Hajli met with ambassador Eric Chwelah at the office of the French Foreign Ministry, and discussed the importance of the visit and regulating the cooperation in accordance with an organized agenda. Hajli also wished a speedy recovery to Ambassador Eric Chwelah who will enter the hospital to undergo a surgical operation. (Source: Syrian Interim Government)
