The Interim Ministry of Local Administration, Relief and Refugees met with members of Hama Provincial Council to discuss the revamping of sub-councils in accordance with internal regulations as well as to develop plans for development projects for submission to donor parties.
The conferees agreed on the restoration and rehabilitation of Hama’s provincial sub-councils, and on the formation of provincial executive departments, such as technical services, local council and civil defense affairs, to provide services to residents and citizens.
Projects and plans were developed for submission to donor organizations. They also developed plans to ensure the council’s professional performance.
