The interim Ministry of Culture announced the establishment of the Directorate of Youth and Sports during a press conference held at the headquarters of the interim government. A delegation from the General Commission for Youth and Sports in Syria met with the consultant of the interim Ministry of Culture Basim Hatahet. The two sides discussed the first programs of the Directorate of Youth and Sports, and supporting the Syrian Karate team which will participate in the Cyprus International Tournament, which will be held between July 25 and 27. They also discussed the establishment of some of the projects inside Syria and in refugee camps. (Source: Al Jazeera + Syrian Interim Government)

Preserving independence and national sovereignty and maintaining the Syrian people's unity within the same Syrian soil is one of the critical pillars of the Syrian Coalition.
