The interim Ministry of Justice said that the Lebanese government issued a decree exempting the Syrians from the annual fees of renewing their residency, estimated at $200 USD. Tariq al-Kurdi, director of the legal office of Lebanon’s Ministry of Justice said that the Lebanese authorities have started implementing the decision as of today’s date, Tuesday 16 September, 2014.
