Regime Losses Continue to Mount in Jobar

Rebels blew up a building manned by regime forces on the outskirts of Jobar district of Damascus, killing 10 pro-regime militants alongside violent clashes between the two sides. Rebel fighters also targeted regime positions on the district of Darayya near Damascus with homemade rockets, while a number of pro-regime militants were killed during clashes with rebel fighters in the district of Amiriya in Aleppo. Three regime army officers from Assad’s were killed during clashes with rebels near the Handarat area in Aleppo, alongside violent clashes between the rebels and regime forces in Suleiman al-Halabi and Karm al-Jabal. Activists said that around 50 pro-Assad militants were killed during the last 24 hours in Aleppo, while rebels captured a tank and light weapons and ammunition. (Source: Syrian Coalition + Al Jazeera)
