The Ministry of Health under the Syrian Interim Government (SIG) continues its unwavering commitment to delivering crucial healthcare services to citizens, spanning across liberated regions and specifically within shelter centers.
As of August 13, 2023, the Ministry of Health has reported that a remarkable 36,660 individuals have accessed the mobile clinic services in these shelter centers. Clinic No. 1 has extended its care to 11,613 people, Clinic No. 2 has provided assistance to 14,393, while Clinic No. 3 has attended to the needs of 10,654 individuals.
Furthermore, in July 2023, the Ministry highlights the remarkable efforts of the Shahba Center for Reproductive Health and Obstetrics, a noteworthy project administered by the Free Aleppo Health Directorate. During this period, the center offered support to 936 individuals through gynecological clinics, 891 individuals through community health services, 196 individuals through emergency services, 549 individuals through psychiatric clinics, and 1,350 individuals through the pharmacy. Additionally, 61 individuals received family planning services, and the center helped with the delivery of 76 newborns during this time frame.
