Hossam al-Saadi, a member of the Syrian Coalition, is creating a portrait of a little bit girl using the names of 12,500 children who were killed by Assad’s war machine since the beginning of the revolution in March 2011. The 450 square meter portrait, making it the largest in the world, depicts a little girl with wings holding a clock without arms to denote the stoppage of time and will begin its exhibition on November 22, Children’s Day 2014.
