The Syrian Opposition Coalition (SOC) deeply mourns the loss of seven students who perished in a tragic bus accident. The bus, carrying students on a school trip along with their teachers, overturned and fell from a steep cliff towards the Orontes River in the Darkoush countryside in western Idlib province.
The SOC extends its heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims and to the Syrian people. The SOC stands in solidarity with them during this tragedy, wishing safety and a speedy recovery to those injured. We pray for God’s mercy on the children and all the victims of this painful tragedy, and may He grant their families and loved ones patience and solace.
