The Syrian Opposition Coalition (SOC) strongly condemns the heinous crime that occurred today in Annecy, a town in the French Alps. The incident resulted in the injury of five individuals, including four children. The SOC firmly rejects all forms of violence inflicted upon innocent people, regardless of their location.
The SOC stands in solidarity with the innocent victims and extends its heartfelt wishes for their swift recovery. It emphasizes that the Syrian people, wherever they may be, are advocates of peace and freedom. This brutal incident is unequivocally condemned and rejected by all sectors of the Syrian population.
