The Syrian Opposition Coalition (SOC) extends its sincere congratulations to the Syrian people, especially the Christian community, on Christmas Eve. It cites Jesus Christ’s message of tolerance, patience and pursuit of peace, justice and humanity. It expresses the hope that peace will prevail in Syria and the world.
On this blessed occasion, the SOC congratulates all Christians around the world, calling for all peace and freedom-loving people around the world to stand by the Syrian people in their struggle to regain their rights to freedom and dignity.
We extend our best wishes for all the people of Syria as we call for unity in the struggle to reclaim rights, ensure the release of detainees, and the return of the refugees and displaced people to their homes.
