With the Assad regime’s escalation of attacks on civilians to avenge its losses across Syria, the Syrian Network for Human Rights said it documented at least 20 massacre committed by regime forces in January, citing five in each of Damascus and Aleppo, four in Raqqa, three in each of Dara’a and Homs and one in each of Hama and Idlib.
