A delegation of Syrian women attended the World Conference for Women held in Berlin, Germany and organized by the Iranian opposition. The delegation included Aliya Mansour, Khawla Doniya and Mayada Khalil.
Member of the Syrian Coalition Aliya Mansour said that “we in Syria are all equal, men and women, the old and the young,” adding that “the monster that terrifies Damascus does not differentiate between a man and a woman, a child and an old, between civilian and militant, all are brutally massacred, detained and humiliated by his bloodthirsty militia.”
Mansour pointed that terrorism now has had its toll on everybody in Syria, stressing that Syria is today under direct military occupation by militias of Qassem Soleimani, Khamenei, Nasrallah al-Maliki, al-Baghdadi, and residues of Assad’s militias.
Mayada Khalil said that “Syrian women have missed no chance to demand freedom and democracy and change to the status quo, sacrificing all what they have to reach this end. They have valiantly struggled side by side with men and shared their torments, and her participation has provided further impetus for the Syrian people’s struggle for freedom, justice and democracy.
