Rebels clashed with regime forces in Mleiha near Damascus, forcing them to retreat near Shaba’a farmlands, with reports of the death of 20 pro-Assad militants. Violent clashes also broke out in Dariya and Bilaliyah, while regime forces shelled Zabadani in rural Damascus with mortar rounds and barrel bombs, killing two children and injuring dozens.
