A car bomb exploded in the neighborhood of Wadi al-Thahab in the city of Homs, killing eight people and wounding dozens. Air strikes were reported on the rebel-held village of Umm Sharshouh, Hula and Rastan came under artillery shelling, with no reports of casualties. (Source: Syrian Coalition + LCC)
