Ahmad Sabra, head of Quneitra Provisional Council stresses the importance of restoring the state institutions and re-activating them by the provisional councils during a meeting with the interim government in Gaziantep, Turkey. Sabra also stresses the need to support the interim to carry out its strategic programs and plans. The meeting discussed providing support for Quneitra province and the displaced people of the Golan Heights who live in the besieged districts of Assali and Qadam in southern Damascus.
