Rebel fighters launched an offensive to capture Al Arbeen Mount near Ariha in rural Idlib. Activists said that rebels inflicted heavy casualties on regime forces and destroyed a tanks and an armored vehicle in the offensive. Rebels began the offensive by blowing up a building commandeered by pro-Assad militants, with reports of regime losses. They also targeted regime positions in Ariha and the Mastouma and Al Qarmid bases with rockets and mortar rounds. (Source: Syrian Coalition + Smart News)
