The Syrian Coalition intends to hold a consultative meeting between the Syrian revolutionary blocks and groups to review the situation on the ground and study the latest proposals on the regional and international arenas. Nasr Al-Hariri, Secretary General of the Syrian Coalition, said that “beating the enormous challenges facing the revolution requires building strong and coherent institutions,” calling on the revolutionary military forces to be unified behind one military command under the political umbrella of the Syrian Coalition.” Last week several meetings were held with officials of the interim government in its headquarters in the Turkish city of Gaziantep. The meetings revolved around following tactical steps for the interim government to move to Syrian cities. Also, Hariri and the FSA’s General Staff discussed military developments and ways to increase support for FSA battalions. Hariri stresses that a political solution cannot be reached without changing the dynamics on the battlefield. (Source: Syrian Coalition)
