President of the Syrian Opposition Coalition (SOC), Nasr Al-Hariri, talked with members of the Syrian community in Egypt via a video link to thank the community leadership for helping Syrian nationals in the sisterly Republic of Egypt.
The conversation came during a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Service Congregation of the Syrian Community in Egypt in order to follow the situation of Syrian nationals in Egypt.
Al-Hariri began his remarks by congratulating the Syrian students who earned top grades in Egypt, stressing that this outstanding achievement, which was repeated in other host countries, is proof of the resilience of the Syrian people.
He commended the Board’s efforts to serve the Syrian nationals in Egypt in various areas, including healthcare, education, and relief aid despite the disastrous consequences of the global outbreak of coronavirus.
Al-Hariri also thanked the brotherly Egyptian people for their support and hosting of the Syrian refugees, stressing the strong relationship between the two brotherly peoples.
He said that the SOC is sparing no effort to alleviate the suffering of the Syrian people, reaffirming the SOC’s commitment to the goals of the Syrian revolution and the demands of the Syrian people for freedom and dignity. (Source: SOC’s Media Department)
