President of the Syrian Opposition Coalition (SOC), Salem Al-Meslet, commended Qatar’s steadfast stance towards the Syrian regime and its unwavering commitment to a just solution in accordance with UN resolutions, particularly Resolution 2254.
In a series of tweets, Al-Meslet praised the State of Qatar for standing with the Syrian people and their aspirations. He specifically highlighted the support expressed by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani, Prime Minister of Qatar, who reaffirmed Qatar’s solidarity with the Syrian people and emphasized that the problem lies with those who inflict harm on the population.
Al-Meslet expressed gratitude towards Qatar for its unwavering political and humanitarian support to the Syrian cause, underscoring that Qatar’s principled stance has been consistent since the onset of the Syrian crisis.
