President of the Syrian Coalition Anas Alabdah called upon the British government to take concrete action to stop the barbaric bombing campaign by the Assad regime and Russian forces on Syria, especially in the city of Aleppo.
In a meeting with British MP John Woodcock on Tuesday, Alabdah stressed the need to protect civilians through the establishment of a no-bombing zone in Syria to serve as a safe haven for civilians fleeing the barrel bombs and bunker buster bombs being used by Russia and the regime in Syria.
Woodcock criticized the international community’s failure to fulfill its obligations towards the Syrian people, stressing that he and a group of British MPs are working in the UK to support the Syrian people’s rights and their rightful demands in their revolt against the Assad regime.
Woodcock expressed solidarity with the Syrian people in the face of the brutal indiscriminate killing machine of the Assad regime and its allies. (Source: Syrian Coalition)
