Coordinators of the Syrian Opposition Coalition’s (SOC) committees, offices, and departments held their regular meeting on Monday to discuss the activities carried out during the past week. Participants included SOC’s Vice-president Oqab Yahya.
Participants stressed the need to coordinate the work of the committees, offices, and departments in order to implement the SOC’s plan of action by reaching out to the various spectrums and components of the Syrian people in Syria and abroad.
They were briefed on ongoing preparations by the National Dialogue Committee to hold a broad consultative meeting of Syrian political figures and blocs representing a wide spectrum of the Syrian people with the aim of promoting national dialogue.
Participants also stressed the need to adopt a unified national political vision and promote national dialogue at the next meeting of the SOC’s political committee while taking into account the discussions that took place with Syrian political parties and currents.
