Member of the Syrian Opposition Coalition’s (SOC) political committee, Nazir Hakim, delivered a speech at the annual conference of the National Council of Resistance of Iran in which he expressed his hope that the Syrian and Iranian peoples would get rid of the oppressive regimes.
Speaking via a video link, Hakim pointed out that the interests of the two peoples today require unity and getting rid of sectarianism and racism that were sowed by both the Assad and the mullahs’ regimes.
He stressed that well over a million Syrians sacrificed their lives to regain freedom and dignity; topple the criminal Assad regime; and confront the evil schemes of the Iranian mullahs’ regime. He also stressed that the Syrian Revolution continues despite the heinous crimes that the Assad regime forces, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, and Russian forces are committing against the Syrian people.
Hakim added that the Syrian people’s love for freedom and dignity was greater and stronger than the alliance of evil forces, stressing that the Syrian Revolution will inevitably emerge victorious.
Hakim pointed out that the slogans that Iranian mullahs’ regime are repeating will not deceive anyone anymore after the whole world realized that it is a criminal, corrupt regime. He expressed his appreciation for the history of the Iranian resistance and its decades-long struggle against the tyrant mullahs’ regime.
