Coordinator of the Syrian Opposition Coalition’s (SOC) National Dialogue Committee, Abdul Ilah Fahd, presented a detailed report on the Committee’s work throughout the past year to the General Assembly at its 57th session.
According to the report, the Committee held more than 30 meetings and more than ten physical and virtual meetings with many groups of the Syrian people according to a detailed plan.
The dialogues focused on the political and field developments in Syria as well as the SOC’s most recent activities.
According to the report, the Committee put forth a set of important recommendations aimed at unifying Syrians, improving the performance of the SOC and its institutions, and developing its political, administrative and executive path.
Dozens of important topics were raised during the dialogues, including the political process, political reform, strengthening confidence in the SOC, and strengthening its work in the liberated areas.
The report also contained several recommendations that would improve public work and strengthen coordination to reach the desired goals in the fastest and most effective ways. (Source: SOC’s Media Department)
