The Secretary-General of the Syrian Opposition Coalition, Haytham Rahmeh, condemned the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian territories in Gaza and Jenin camp, which led to the death of nine Palestinians in Jenin and the injury of many others. He called for an international intervention to stop the crimes of the Israeli occupation.
“What the Israeli occupation did in Jenin camp is a massacre that cannot be overlooked, and it is an extension of the many heinous crimes the Israeli occupation committed amid utter silence by the international community,” Rahmeh said.
Rahmeh expressed the Syrian people’s support for their Palestinian brothers, stressing the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people to establish their independent state.
Rahmeh extended his deepest condolences to the families of the fallen heroes who died as a result of the Israeli aggression, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
