The Syrian Coalition hails Syria’s rebel factions, especially “Fateh Aleppo Operations Room” and Al-Nasr Army who spearheaded the counter attack to recapture strategic hills and villages in southern rural Aleppo.
After hours of fierce fighting, the Assad militias, Hezbollah mercenaries and sectarian militias led by Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Corps collapsed and were forced to withdraw from 10 villages and hills in rural Aleppo. Hundreds of pro-regime militants were reportedly killed or injured.
The Syrian Coalition calls for stepping up support for the FSA as it is expels the invaders and defends the liberated areas against the threat of terrorism.
In northern rural Aleppo, rebel and FSA factions launched a coordinated attack on regime positions in the towns of Bashkoi, killing and injuring dozens of pro-regime mercenaries. They also destroyed 10 rocket launchers, tanks and armored vehicles. (Source: Syrian Coalition)
