The Directorate of Documentation of Violations and Human Rights of the Syrian Interim Government (SIG) said that 12 civilians, including two children, were killed and 31 others were injured in attacks by the Assad regime and the PYD terrorist militia across Syria in September.
In a new report issued on Monday, the Directorate said that the Assad regime and its allies were responsible for the death of eight civilians, including two children, and the injury of 27 others, including six women and seven children. The PYD terrorist militia was responsible for the death of two civilians and the injury of four others.
The report indicated that the liberated areas were targeted by 155 attacks in September, of which the Assad regime and its allies were responsible for 144, while the PYD militia were responsible for six others.
According to the report, the Assad regime committed one massacre in the village of Hafsarja during the reporting period, which claimed the lives of seven people and left 15 people injured. It also indicated that the Assad regime launched two attacks with the use of internationally prohibited weapons.
