The Directorate of Documentation of Violations and Human Rights in the Syrian Interim Government said that at least 10 civilians were killed and 31 others, including six women and nine children were killed in attacks by the Assad regime and the PYD militia on the freed territories in September.
In its monthly report on the major violations by the Assad regime and the PYD terrorist militia, the Directorate indicated that the Assad regime and its allies were responsible for the death of eight civilians, including two children, and the injury of 27 others, including six women and seven children.
The report indicated that the PYD terrorist militia was responsible for the death of two people and the injury of four civilians, including two children during the reporting period.
The report also indicated that the Assad regime carried out no fewer than 144 attacks on the freed territories in September, most of which were selling by heavy artillery. The PYD terrorist militia carried out at least six attacks, most of which were in the form of artillery and rocket shelling.
According to the report, the Assad regime committed one massacre in the village of Hafsarja on September 8, which claimed the lives of seven people and left 15 others injured, all of whom were civilians.
