President of the Syrian Opposition Coalition, Nasr Al-Hariri, met with representatives of the Syrian Turkoman Council and discussed with them the latest on the ground and political developments as well as the Council’s important role within the SOC.
Tabled for discussions were the SOC work, the important issues it is currently working on, and the challenges facing the Syrian revolution.
They stressed the importance of holding more consultations with all components of the Syrian people with the aim of laying out a unified political vision of the political process and the future of Syria.
They also discussed the latest developments with regard to the Council, especially the ongoing preparations for elections for new Presidency and General Secretariat.
