Coordinator of the Syrian Opposition Coalition’s Office in rural Aleppo checked on the conditions of the people who were displaced from the town of Ma’ret al-Numan in rural Idlib as he ascertained their living and health conditions and listened to their demands and needs.
He was accompanied by head of the local council, heads of executive offices and Dr. Firas Al-Jundi.
They toured the IDP camps in the region to ascertain the reality of the basic services and projects being implemented in the region, especially health and housing projects, including the project to build houses for orphans and widows in the Mashhad Rouhin region.
The tour included conducting an awareness-raising campaign by Dr. Firas Al-Jundi on ways of preventing an outbreak of the coronavirus, its symptoms, and how to isolate the suspected cases and transfer them to the hospital.
Al-Jundi stressed the need to abide by the preventive measures and avoid gatherings in order to prevent an outbreak of the virus in the liberated areas. (Source: SOC’s Media Department)
