A delegation from the Syrian Opposition Coalition (SOC), headed by Salem Al-Meslet, visited the headquarters of the Central Command of the Revolutionaries Movement of the Syrian National Army in the town of Ras al-Ayn in rural al-Hasaka.
The delegation comprised Secretary of the SOC’s political committee Abdul Majeed Barakat, SCO’s members Abdul Basit Abdul Latif, Muhammad Wali, Muhammad Ali Issa, Yasser Al-Farhan, Hussein Al-Abdullah, Abdullah Muhammad Al-Faraj, Ibrahim Sardar Al-Malli, Hamida Al-Tahri, Vice President of the Association of Independent Syrian Kurds, Radif Mustafa, and Deputy Minister of Local Administration Saad Shweish.
The delegation was briefed on the Movement’s efforts to serve the region. Al-Meslet praised the formation of an office to receive citizens’ complaints with the aim of avoiding mistakes and providing the best image of the military institution that is committed to protecting the people and confronting the enemy.
Al-Meslet pointed out the SOC is seeking, through the Al-Jazira and Euphrates Committee, to improve the living conditions in the region, remove all obstacles that hinder its development, and communicate with the people of the region and listen to their demands and needs.
