The President of the Syrian Opposition Coalition (SOC), Salem Al-Meslet, sent a congratulatory letter to the Emir of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince, Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and the Kuwaiti Ambassador to the Turkish capital, Ankara, Wael Yousef Alenzi, on the occasion of the National Day of the State of Kuwait.
In the letter, Al-Meslet expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the State of Kuwait, its leadership, and people, for their honorable stances in support of the Syrian revolution and the Syrian people. He also renewed his gratitude for the great interest in the Syrian cause and continuous support for the Syrian people in difficult circumstances, while wishing them continued progress, stability, and prosperity.
