President of the Syrian Opposition Coalition (SOC) Nasr Al-Hariri, participated in a campaign organized by the Union of Aleppo Revolutionaries and the Association of Independent Kurds to plant 300 olive trees in the village of Maaratah in Afrin countryside.
Participants in the campaign also included SOC’s Vice-president Ruba Habboush, members of the SOC’s political committee Riyad Al-Hassan and Yasser Al-Farhan, members of the SOC’s General Assembly Ahmed Bakkoura and Najeeb Al-Rahmoun, and human rights activists and media workers. The campaign was part of the celebrations to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Syrian revolution.
Al-Hariri thanked the Union of Aleppo Revolutionaries and the Association of Independent Kurds as he praised the campaign to plant olive trees in Afrin.
